Vancouver Grizzlies in 1999
The shortened season of 1998-99 was a mixed blessing for the Vancouver Grizzlies. Who knows, they might have improved their 8-42 standing (0.160). Or maybe not. They picked up Mike Bibby on the first round of the draft, second overall, and he performed well to back a place in the All-Rookie First Team. This was the third time in four years that they held the worst record in the league.
