Seriously? It’s difficult to tell if this is a male or a female, but regardless of the gender, it’s a horrible idea. Like, why would someone do this? This person is pretty much planning to either wear nothing but shorts forever, or wear nothing at all as wearing any skimpy underwear will only look really redundant.
