Caracalla ruled from 211 to 217, he is a malicious and sadistic ruler. He had his own brother killed and a co-emperors wife assassinated. Wherever Caracalla went, his army would kill, rape, and destroy. He even went to Alexandria where he invited all people at the city square and slaughtered everyone, burning the city – 20,000 people died that day.
