I don’t think anybody would be able to identify the criminal using this particular sketch. It appears that creating pretty bad sketches is not only common in a single country, but all throughout the world, as well. This picture was released by the Royal Thai Police after a thief robbed 200,000 Baht from a Government Savings Bank. The witnesses told the police that the suspect wore a motorcycle helmet which hid his face. So there, the police came up with this sketch! Why bother making one in the first place?
