Detroit, Michigan
For a city where nearly 40% of the residents live in poverty, it is no longer a surprise seeing its high murder and violence rates. The worst part is that the city does not see a lot of economic opportunities or a way out of poverty. Police brutality related crimes are also common in the city. Perhaps, when Trump thinks of American carnage and brutality in the US, he thinks of Detroit. In this case though, he is right. The worst part is that it doesn’t seem like Detroit is getting any better soon.
