The 61-year old Italian fashion designer is a big name in the fashion industry and if you are in this field, you need to be presentable. Her looks prior to plastic surgery is all good. At her age, she was able to prevent the wrinkles from appearing on her face, but it looks like she couldn’t move her face. She also obviously had lips and nose jobs, and these areas failed badly! That pout is more ducklike than sexy.
