Elagabalus
Elagabalus ascended to throne at the very young age of 14. He then indulged his most depraved and highly detestable fantasies. He is a man, but he wanted so badly to be a woman. He cross-dressed and would whore himself up to common men in whorehouses throughout Rome. After 4 years, citizens demanded his death. He responded by walking straight towards the people and demanded the execution of everyone.
