American Breast Cancer Foundation
This organization was listed as Tampa Bay’s Worst Charities List for 13 years. Their original goal was to give free breast exams for women. Sadly, only 75 cents per dollar go to this effort. A majority of the amount collected go to the people running the organization. The scheme ran from 2003 to 2010. It was only in 2006 when the IRS discovered the actual anomalies they have been doing.
