The only good point about the 1993-94 Dallas Mavericks was that Jamal Mashburn was included in the NBA All-Rookie team. They lost 23 of their first 24 games, including 20 straight, and were 3-40 around the All-Star Game. They also had a 17 games losing streak after that. They rallied in April, and averted a back-to-back 70-loss seasons. The had a 13-69 record for 0.159 percentage.
