Ted Bundy (The Crazy Necrophilic Maniac)
If killing was not enough to qualify you as one of the worst serial killers ever, then take Ted Bundy. Aside from killing over 30 women, he has also indulged in sexual acts with them. He was also said to have decapitated at least 12 of his victims and placed their heads inside his apartment as a trophy. In 1989, he died via electric chair. Even his defense attorney said that he is the perfect definition of a heartless evil.
