She became part of the teen TV reality series The Hills, which was the spinoff of Laguna Beach. Heidi became friends with Lauren Conrad, but their friendship ended when she began dating their co-star Spencer Pratt. The couple was fondly called “Speidi”. Heidi and Spencer tied the knot in 2009. She confessed about having different surgeries in one day at some point in her life. One of the most obvious changes is her breast size. She had to have the implants removed because they became painful and uncomfortable.
