Gunston: George Mason
George Mason University has a green monster for its mascot. Called Gunston, it looks like a character from the children’s show, Sesame Street. It looks friendly and very easy to beat. He has even been given a position as ambassador to the community. He leads the “Go Green with Gunston” campaign, teaching children in elementary school lessons on sustainability and conservation.
