Providence Steam Rollers in 1948
With a 6-42 record, the Providence Steam Rollers have the dubious distinction of having the least number of wins in a season. The Steam Rollers were one of the eleven original teams in the then Basketball Association of America. Over three seasons, they accumulated a 46-122 win-loss record. The 1947-48 was their second season and they folded after the third season.
