Yet another Brazilian city made the list. Rio is not your ordinary city as it is also one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world. You also need to be careful in driving in Rio since you can do no wrong. A simple mistake in your direction will take you hours to be on the right path again. Residents spend 100 hours more on the road each year due to traffic. Population growth in Rio is also rapid due to the availability of jobs in its tourism zone. This problem was somewhat eased though with the construction of better roads and bridges when they hosted the Olympics in 2016.
